We only offer full RICS Building Surveys, which are the most detailed of the RICS surveys. The reason for this is that if you are making a big decision about whether to buy a property, we believe you need a thorough survey to understand to condition of the building and what investment may be required over the next five years. In these circumstances we don't believe that a tick box survey will provide the information you need.
